With a career spanning over 25 years, John is one of the leading innovators of the construction industry, pioneering new ways to improve safety, increase productivity and avoid disputes.

Dan is a highly skilled senior executive providing industry leadership and governance with exceptional commercial acumen. He has over 28 years’ experience across road and rail transportation, heavy civils, infrastructure, oil & gas, and mining sectors in Australia, Asia and Europe. Dan’s specialised skill set is based on an ethos of securing best-for-project outcomes through pragmatic, collaborative frameworks, and an affinity to drive results swiftly. Dan has significant experience in dispute avoidance and resolution, negotiating contract awards, operational & business unit management, and has most recently sat on three boards for combined project values over $3.5 Billion.

Alex is a business services professional with over 10 years’ experience across corporate administration, public relations, internal communications, and human resources. Having graduated with a degree in Communications and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, she now works in the consulting space, supporting the operational and people-focused functions.

Brian is a strategic Commercial Manager with solid knowledge of project performance reporting and financial and budgeting processes. A background in Quantity Surveying, Brian brings 15 years’ experience developing and implementing commercial strategies, bolstering contractual savviness of companies and coordinating diverse teams. Working across the construction industry, both in Ireland & Australia, Brian has experience across multiple sectors including oil & gas, major civil infrastructure, utilities and building.

Brad is a forensic delay analyst with experience across building, infrastructure, oil & gas and renewable energy projects, ranging from £3 million to €1.2 billion. He has worked under a wide range of contract forms including EPC, FIDIC, NEC, JCT and bespoke trade contracts. He specialises in the preparation, defence and assessment of extension of time (EOT) claims, acting for contractors or employers, and supporting clients as an independent expert in litigation and ADR proceedings. With a background in planning, project controls and PMO setup, Brad is highly proficient in leading scheduling software and in developing programmes from first principles, assessing schedule risk and advising on mitigation strategies.

Andries is a highly experienced delay analyst with over 20 years’ experience across power generation, renewable energy, mining, transport, data centres, oil & gas and building projects. He has delivered forensic delay analysis for both claimants and respondents on major projects across Africa, the Middle East and Europe, and provides expert programme, planning and delay advice to support arbitration, adjudication and other dispute resolution proceedings. He is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Institute of Construction Claims Practitioners and the Association for Project Management.

With over 25 years’ experience in the heavy industry and construction sector, Martin is a highly skilled resource planner and qualified P6 user/administrator. Martin’s expertise includes planning and scheduling, forensic delay analysis, document control, database design, estimating assistance, and P6 administration.  Other commercial interests include systems development, science, and technology.

Fiona has enjoyed a diverse career with experience in the fields of construction, commercial and contract management, project management, engineering education, natural gas, industrial waste and geotechnical engineering. She continues to apply her multifaceted experience to commercial management building and construction. 

Ben is a senior leader with 20 years’ experience in Negotiation, Contracts & Category Management, Strategic Procurement and Workforce Planning.  Ben’s roles have included Regional, State and General Manager appointments in some of Australia’s largest sectors such as Energy, Oil & Gas, HR & Resourcing, Construction, Government and Trades & Industrial.

Ben has over 16 years’ experience in heavy engineering, marine, oil & gas, construction & infrastructure across both private and government sectors. He has performed roles in and has expertise with end to end contract management, strategic procurement, category management, tactical contract formulation, drafting & negotiations, project management and claim management.

With 17 years navigating diverse sectors like commercial, engineering, marine, and mining, Wikus is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with a talent for active contract management, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder engagement. He leverages data analysis to deliver optimal project outcomes. Wikus boasts a proven track record in project controls, procurement, estimating, and cost control, with strong technical expertise across various disciplines and lifecycles. Whether navigating complex contracts, claims, or diverse construction methods, Wikus’ depth of knowledge ensures he thrives in any project environment.

Having worked in Construction and Infrastructure, Workplace and Employment and Litigation and Dispute Resolution practices, Dominic has advised both individual and corporate clients across a wide range of industries including resources and energy companies, property developers, financial institutions, and professional services firms. He has assisted on projects, contract drafting, contract administration and interpretation as well as the construction aspects of significant major projects and infrastructure in various Australian states and territories. Dominic has a bachelor’s in law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the Queensland University of Technology.

Degree qualified Civil Engineer based in Sydney with 13 years of experience in civils, infrastructure and building construction in Middle East, Asia and Australia. Expertise include Civil Engineering, Project Coordination, Construction and Commercial Management. Implemented project management principles, on projects which were managed by the likes of Parsons, Aecom, Bechtel and Flour, and consistently delivered results while working in multicultural environment in Australia, Middle East and Asia.

Matt is a Contracts Administrator with 10 years of experience working in Commercial Construction in Perth and Adelaide, working in education, multi storey apartments, retail, aged care and mixed use development projects. Graduated with a Construction Management and Economics (Honours) Degree from the University of South Australia. Matt has strong communication and teamwork skills along with strong technical skills of cost planning and forecasting along with Subcontractor Management and procurement.

Kane is a Contracts Administrator with 4 years’ experience over a variety of construction sectors, include Age Care, Defence, Retail, Food & Beverage, and Retail. Completing a Bachelor of Construction Management, and with a broad range of commercial exposure, Kane has developed expertise in claim management, commercial planning, cost engineering, and financial analysis. 

A Contracts Manager with experience navigating both the upstream and downstream complexities of the procurement and delivery process within the power, water and transportation sectors. Proven organisation, research and analytical skills utilised to resolve issues and implement lasting solutions. Possessing excellent attention to detail and written skills, employed for successful departures and drafting as well as for negotiations and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. A highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic, who is dedicated to personal and organisation advancement through continual learning and development.

Harley is a Contract Specialist with a legal and commercial background, recognised for delivering high-quality outcomes across all phases of project delivery, from pre-bid and procurement through to project close-out, claims and disputes. He specialises in commercial
agreements, contract negotiation and client relationship management, with a particular strength in minimising risk, maximising performance and aligning contract strategies with client objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

James is a Contract Administrator with 3 years’ experience in the Construction and Mining industries. He holds a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology. James has experience in procurement, drafting and managing contracts, claims management and commercial negotiations. James has assisted on various projects across the Civil Infrastructure and Mining sectors gaining a broad range of commercial exposure. 

Suka is a senior Quantity Surveyor with over 17 years’ experience delivering commercial and contractual services across building, infrastructure, mining and landscape projects. He has led pre- and post-contract commercial management for both contractor and consultant
organisations and has supported appointed quantum experts in the preparation and review of expert witness reports. Suka is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a registered expert witness, Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) and Fellow of the Australian
Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS), and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Construction Law and Arbitration.

Milton is a project engineer professional with over 11 years’ experience in the building, energy and mining sectors. He is highly proficient in project planning and control, management control and contracts. Milton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, as well as a Diploma in Project Management.  

Tess is currently a first year Engineering Honours student at the University of Queensland and holds a Diploma of Business.  Demonstrating a strong understanding of office administration, Tess is knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office competencies, as well skills such as inventory control, end-of-day processing and customer complaint handling, which she has gained working in customer service.

Chloe is a dedicated administrative professional with over seven years progressive experience in document control and processing systems. Detail-orientated and well-versed in systems, Chloe has experience in leadership roles, collaborating with key stakeholders, time management and working within a group or individually.
