Dan has significant experience in dispute avoidance and resolution, negotiating contract awards, operational & business unit management, and has most recently sat on three boards for combined project values over $3.5 Billion.

    Brad is a forensic delay analyst with experience across building, infrastructure, oil & gas and renewable energy projects, ranging from £3 million to €1.2 billion. He has worked under a wide range of contract forms including EPC, FIDIC, NEC, JCT and bespoke trade contracts. He specialises in the preparation, defence and assessment of extension of time (EOT) claims, acting for contractors or employers, and supporting clients as an independent expert in litigation and ADR proceedings. With a background in planning, project controls and PMO setup, Brad is highly proficient in leading scheduling software and in developing programmes from first principles, assessing schedule risk and advising on mitigation strategies.

He has delivered forensic delay analysis for both claimants and respondents on major projects across Africa, the Middle East and Europe, and provides expert programme, planning and delay advice to support arbitration, adjudication and other dispute resolution proceedings. He is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Institute of Construction Claims Practitioners and the Association for Project Management.
