OUR DIFFERENCE

Four reasons why lawyers instruct Lewis Woolcott

Disputes are won on the quality of the evidence and the credibility of the people who give it. Lawyers who instruct us need an expert who is persuasive under cross-examination, clear on paper and dependable on deadlines.

1

Led by proven experience

Our quantum and delay experts bring decades of hands-on project delivery, and have been appointed, reported and given evidence in formal proceedings. Under highly credentialled leadership, we have the right expert for your matter.

2

Independent and defensible

Our experts give opinions that remain credible under cross-examination, grounded in evidence, internationally recognised methodology and commercial reality. Their reports have been preferred in adjudications and adopted in formal proceedings.

3

Data-enabled analysis

Our forensic analysis is powered by Logic+, LWARE's proprietary scheduling platform. Programs and project records are interrogated faster, findings are more transparent, and the evidence is presented to tribunals with greater clarity, on the timescales formal proceedings demand.

4

An established firm behind every report

Our experts are backed by the full strength of Lewis Woolcott, an established national consultancy. The firm's reputation, professional indemnity cover and ISO 9001 quality systems stand behind every report, with senior attention and competitive rates the global consultancies cannot match.

YOUR EXPERT SERVICES LEADERSHIP

RECOGNITION BY THE COURT — APLNG

Chesterman J accepted Mr Mitchell's criticisms of the opposing quantum report and recognised his analysis as the basis upon which the quantum of any additional payments would be assessed.

"Mr Mitchell did perform that task and to the extent that MEPL establishes a right to additional payments their quantum will depend upon Mr Mitchell's analysis." — Chesterman J
