Our flagship product goes beyond conventional planning software and no longer relies solely on logic to establish the project’s critical path. LOGIC+ allows the user to upload multiple planning files in multiple formats including, Microsoft Project and Primavera. Our algorithm analyses all files uploaded and quickly identifies the project’s most likely critical path. The selection of the critical path is clearly identified in supporting log files.
Establishing the project’s critical path is of course a core element of delay analysis. Events that delay the critical path may entitle a party to relief from their effects. LOGIC+ identifies the project’s critical path across all files and finds changes from the selected baseline. An easy intervention process allows the user to make corrections to the algorithm’s selection and all user interventions are logged in supporting files.
The outcome is a highly reliable and clearly evidences the most likely critical path.
This analysis that may be used to:
SMART transmits and records personnel and plant location, at any time, at any location across your project or facility.
This critical data can be used as the ‘source of truth’ to validate resource movements and downtime and replace traditional site records. SMART technology can be used to evidence insurance, disruption and delay claims, or can simply be used to ensure the efficient management of the site.
Claim Predict provides a combination of algorithmic modelling, forensic analysis and the aggregation of the project teams collective knowledge. Our process and technology convert many complex inputs into a single probabilistic distribution. For example, a claim may turn on many issues such as; engineering change, legal entitlement, quantum, and compliance with contract – to name but a few. Accurate prediction of these complex issues requires a controlled and adaptive system. Claim Predict provides this system and framework for our analysis.
The reliability and accuracy of our Claim Predict software means Lewis Woolcott can offer reliable forecasting of claim outcomes for:
It is our belief that more disputes will be resolved if they are informed with Claim Predict analysis.
Our goal is to reduce claim timeframes and provide technologically enhanced analysis
Our in-house technology is designed specifically to solve common commercial issues, it provides robust and compelling supporting evidence which
uses algorithms to determine the most likely critical path,
records resource movements in time lapse heat maps and risk models likely claim outcomes
