John started his career as a setting out engineer and construction manager in the United Kingdom managing onsite construction activities on large civil engineering and utility projects, including Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 5 project.

He has over 28 years’ experience across road and rail transportation, heavy civils, infrastructure, oil & gas, and mining sectors in Australia, Asia and Europe. Dan’s specialised skill set is based on an ethos of securing best for project outcomes through pragmatic, collaborative frameworks and an affinity to drive results, swiftly. Dan has significant experience in dispute avoidance and resolution, in negotiating contract awards, operational & business unit management, and has most recently sat on three boards for combined project values over $3.5B.

Stewart has over 30 years of significant and diverse construction industry experience, working in both the United Kingdom and Australia. Performing various roles, including contract management, claims management, superintendent and project management roles, Stewart has delivered and managed contracts in different sectors for consultants and contractors. Stewart is a leading industry professional in the art of administering contracts and has a working knowledge of a range of contract mechanisms from traditional construct only to design and construct, incentivised reimbursable contracts and PPP/ PFI amongst others.

With a focus on cost planning, estimating and project management, Sambhav is a strong member of the Risk and Quantum Team with core strengths defined in management, communication, coordination, design and organisation. Having completed a Master’s degree in Construction Management and Project Management Sambhav has an excellent academic record and achieved various awards. Sambhav also holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture, where he has worked professionally for several years giving him detailed insight into how the industry works. Sambhav is an upcoming Quantity Surveyor, he also assists Bond University, educating future students in the field of project management.
